Duties may include: Assemblers and Fabricators build finished products and the parts that go into them. For the requested positions, workers would: assemble finished products and the parts that go into them. They use tools, machines, and their hands to make engines, boats, electronic devices, control panels, and more. Go-Devil assemblers and fabricators typically do the following: read and understand schematics and blueprints, position or align components and parts either manually or with hoists, use hand tools or machines to assemble parts, conduct quality control checks, clean and maintain work area, tools, and other equipment after determining how parts should connect, they use hand or power tools to trim, shim, cut, and make other adjustments to fit components together. Quality control is important throughout the assemble process, so assemblers look for faulty components and mistakes in the assembly process. They help fix problems before defective products are made. Our fabricators may cut align and fit together structural metal parts and may help weld or rivet the parts together. These workers will work under the supervision of a foreman and will not be responsible for anyone but himself or herself in other words these workers will not be supervising the work of others & other related Assemblers and Fabricators activities as per SOC/OES 51-2092 (onetonline.org). Standard/Expected Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-4:30PM. Offering 40+ (plus) hours per week; not including applicable lunch and/or breaks. Possible weekend/holiday work. Start/end times, offered hours and/or overtime could vary as they may be dependent upon other factors such as project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commute time between worksites (if applicable). Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed).
