  The line cook will be cooking in one of restaurants on our site and using a Grille, fryer, knives, and a pizza oven and be in charge of grilling burgers, halibut, and salmon, frying fries, sweet potatoes, cleaning the line area, prepping for next day, making salads and prepping and making pizzas. Previous line cook experience required. Work independently to cook for a quick service restaurant. Fry grille experience needed as you will run a station independently without direction following recipes. Standing inside/outside for long hours required in different weather conditions. Walking in uneven terrain as well.
