Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, cleaning equipment and vehicles, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk. The equipment used for “cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk” will be a shovel, broom and blower. Janitors will be cleaning snow or debris from sidewalks of two (2) lots, one of which is six (6) acres and the other is two (2) acres.
