  • Clean and prepare retail fish case with fresh fish for daily sales. • Price and label fish in the retail cooler and freezer. • Serve fresh fish to customers to take home and prepare. • Stock lobster tanks according to size of lobsters and retrieve and sell to customers live to take home to prepare themselves. • Answer phone and take orders and fulfill those orders for pickup. • Operate cash register and credit card machine. • Clean and sanitize retail area each day before opening. • Observe cooler and freezer temperatures daily to ensure that products stays fresh and frozen. • Bag purchases. • No experience needed – will train. • Must be able to read and write. • Tools provided to perform the job includes – knives, pin bone plyers, scissors, cutting board, calculator, pen and paper
