***RFI response*** Workers will be using deep fryers to make french fries, funnel cakes, corn dogs, onion rings and chicken tenders with pre-made items. Will use Pressure fryers to cook pre-made fried chicken. Use warming boxes to store prepared food. Will use Char grills for hamburgers, chicken and hot dogs. Will be using Microwaves to heat some food items. Workers will serve primarily packaged alcohol. Specific locations (JBs bar/Tiki) do sell alcoholic beverages that the team members will mix. The mix is pre-determined by the Food and Beverage leadership team. Current corporate standards require everyone in an alcohol serving to be 21+ and ServSafe Alcohol trained and certified. ***Original*** Providing guests with excellent service & quality food while operating register in accordance with Six Flags payment handling policies. Interact with guests, team members, leads, & supervisors daily. Resolve guest concerns that arise daily. Ensure that image, cleanliness, and courtesy standards are met daily. Duties include filling condiment dispensers, refilling soda machine syrups, timely preparation of food served to customers. Fast food items served: fruit, vegetables, Hamburgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, chicken strips, French fries, onion rings, funnel cakes, dispensing soft serve and scooping hard packed ice cream. Specific job duties/functions: assist with prep for the day, getting things such condiments prepped and cut, items unpacked from Freezer; prepare the various food items; clean up all the cooking equipment at the end of the shift maintain regular & prompt attendance, be positive, in uniform, on time for each scheduled shift.
