Duties may include: Sell and serve food at festivals by taking customer orders, receiving payments, and making change. Warm precooked and/or frozen simple fair foods, including corn dogs, hot dogs, and cheese curds using a deep fryer or flat-top grill. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area & other related Fast Food & Counter Workers activities as per SOC/OES 35-3023 (onetonline.org). Standard/Expected Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday 11:00AM-9:00PM. Offering 36+ (plus) hours per week; not including applicable lunch and/or breaks. Possible weekend/holiday work. Start/end times, offered hours and/or overtime could vary as they may be dependent upon other factors such as project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commute time between worksites (if applicable). Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed). Optional, shared housing available at no cost to the worker.
