  An outdoor physical labor position performing lawn and landscaping maintenance on residential, commercial, and public areas. This role involves hands-on work on various landscape projects in all types of weather conditions, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Utilizing basic landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers to perform general lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, weeding, pruning, and edging. Assisting with landscape projects including planting, weeding, and mulching utilizing hand tools such as shovels, rakes, hoes, etc. Assist with installation of sod, trees, shrubs, and other landscape materials. May assist with implementing irrigation systems and ensuring proper water management for plants. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Keep tools clean and report any maintenance needs. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized worksite. Clean up the work site at the end of the day, including trash pickup.
