**RFI Response** Perform physical labor at construction sites and warehouse locations for the assembly of Hatchery, Setter, Hatcher, Feed Mill, and Egg Depot rooms. Assist skilled construction workers and equipment installers by preparing, moving, positioning, and assembling materials and components. Use basic hand and power tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, mallets, tape measures, cordless drills, impact drivers, and simple cutting or drilling tools. Tasks include unpacking, staging, and preparing wall panels, frames, ceilings, doors, prefabricated sections, and other lightweight components. Help position, align, and manually adjust walls, ceilings, doorways, frames, and incubator or hatchery room panels during installation. Measure and mark materials, hold components in place for skilled workers, and assist with repetitive assembly of prefabricated panels, frames, carts, buggies, and other construction-related items. Workers support equipment installers by moving or stabilizing parts during installation but do not perform any licensed electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work. Perform warehouse load-in and load-out duties, including receiving, unloading, sorting, and staging construction materials, tools, and supplies (up to approx. 40 lbs.). Assemble basic components such as carts, frames, and equipment housings using hand tools. Load materials onto trucks for transport to the job site and stock items needed for each construction phase. Assist with conduit preparation and support tasks for wiring, ventilation, and plumbing work performed by licensed trades. Duties include measuring and cutting conduit under direction, drilling simple holes, pulling wiring under supervision, holding conduit or piping in place, transporting materials, and cleaning work areas. Workers do not perform skilled or licensed trade functions. General labor duties include loading and carrying materials, cleaning job sites, removing debris and packaging, organizing tools and parts, and assisting skilled craftworkers with basic preparation and positioning tasks. Operate common laborer tools and measuring devices, follow safety procedures, and work under the direction of a supervisor or skilled worker. **Original** Perform tasks involving physical labor at the construction site and warehouse. Will operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments required to assemble Hatcher, Feed Mill, Egg Depot, and Setter Halls & Rooms. May clean and prepare sites, assemble of Walls, Doors, and Equipment and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other “Skilled” Craftworkers. Load-In of Construction tools, materials, supplies, and Equipment (ability to lifts +/- 40 lbs.) Assisting skilled construction labor in the assembly of flooring, walls, and doorways (must be able to basic hand-/ power tools like hammer, screwdriver, wrenches power tools). Assembly of Setter & Hatcher rooms and equipment. Repetitive assembly of Frames, Ceilings, Prefabricated walls, ceilings and doorways that will have to be manually assembled and adjusted. Conduit assembly and connections for wiring, ventilation, and plumbing. Warehouse Load-In and Load-out of Building Materials and supplies (ability to lifts +/- 40 lbs.) Equipment assembly of Buggy, Carts, Frames, Walls etc. used for Poultry Hatchery Setters and Hatchers, Feed Mills and Egg Depot. Loading and stocking parts and supplies for each construction phase of the build-out.
