Residential maintenance services include maintenance and upkeep of outdoor space through mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing outdoor features of a residential structure such as a single-family home or townhome. Job duties of Residential maintenance consist of the following duties: Sprinkler startup in the Spring, Spring cleanup of flower beds, hardscape areas, lawn aeration and Spring fertilization of all foliage. Residential properties require weekly mowing, tree and shrub trimming, general sprinkler system maintenance or monitoring and cleanup and removal of grass, tree and shrub trimmings. As winter months approach, residential maintenance properties require fall fertilization, fall foliage cleanup, flower bed cleanup, sprinkler system shut down and winter preparation for trees. Tasks may include construct or repair mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units.
