Mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through waitstaff. • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons. • Serve wine, and bottled or draft beer. • Serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar. • Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks. • Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. • Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws. • Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks. • Collect money for drinks served. • Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. • Clean bars, work areas, and tables. • Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays. • Prepare appetizers such as pickles, cheese, and cold meats. Keep workstation clean, which may include moping floor, washing glassware, dishes, & utensils. Job opportunity for up to 11- bartenders, full-time, temporary positions available for the dates of April 1, 2026 through November 7th, 2026. 40 hour/work-week. Must be over 21 years of age. Most travel arrangements will be made coming to Minneapolis MN and employers will also provide transportation from there to worksite. The Wage offer is $14.07 per hour If employee works overtime they will receive $21.11 per hour in overtime pay. on the job training if required will be provided to employees. Employer will use a single workweek for its standard in computing wages due. Workers will be paid bi-weekly. Shared housing available onsite @ $100 per week – or employer will assist in locating housing @ $100 per week, Housing not a condition of employment. Employer will make all deductions from workers paycheck according to law. Rent will not be deducted from paycheck. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68 per day with receipts. The employee’s lodging is within walking distance to work so transportation to & from work is not needed. The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, Including those mandated by the government, incurred by the worker.
