Perform manual labor to landscape and maintain commercial and residential grounds of property. Use hand tools and operate powered equipment. Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge and brush trimmers, string trimmers, and axes. Mow and edge/trim lawns using power mowers and edgers. Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, trimming, edging, and maintaining landscaping beds, walks, and walls throughout the season. Lay sod. Trim and pick flowers and clean flower beds. Work schedule 8.5 hours per day on Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM and 6.5 hours per day on Saturday, 7:00 AM until 2:00 PM; 49 hours per week.
