Maintain proper water chemistry, clean and inspect pools and hot tubs daily including water testing, vacuuming, skimming, cleaning sides of tub/covers. Follow all guidelines and operations in accordance with County Health Department and resort standards. Report issues to manager. Other related duties as assigned. Must be able to work in outside hot and inclement weather conditions. Keep common areas in buildings and all property grounds in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, elevators, and stairwells, wiping walls and glass and removing rubbish. Duties may include performing routine cleaning and cleaning debris from sidewalk and dog walk area. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping. Ability to walk/stand, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop, kneel and lift/move up to 50lbs.
