Position offered is for an experienced Project Coordinator/Scheduler with a minimum of twelve months experience in project coordinating and scheduling who can work with and model company methods and procedures with up to 3 peers, developing the project schedule and plans in collaboration with the project team and clients. Ensuring the project schedule is sequenced correctly and aligned with project goals. Updating the project schedule regularly and communicating any changes to field employees and Estimators/Project Managers. Identifying potential schedule risks and developing mitigation plans. Coordinating with project team members to ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule. Developing and distributing progress reports to CEO, CFO, Project Managers, and the Payroll and Accounting Department. Producing, distributing, and ensuring project documents are accurate and up to date. Monitoring and reporting on budget performance. Requires High School Diploma and 12 months experience as a Project Coordinator/Scheduler with Environmental Remediation projects.
