**RFI**Set up: workers simply open the awnings of the booths. No tools are required. A ladder may be used to put flags up on top of the trailer that is around 6 to 7 feet tall. The workers will “stock” or replenish food items such as buns, weenies, vegetables; paper products such as cups, plates and napkins as needed throughout the day. At the concessions stand window the worker will take the customers order and payment for the food items ordered. The worker will “serve” the customer their food items by simply handing it to them through the concessions stand window. **Original**Perform a variety of attending duties at amusement facility (traveling carnival concessions), serve customers in eating places that specialize in fast service and inexpensive carry-out food carnival settings food stand, on-site clean and organize, prepare simple daily food items and beverages-typical carnival foods such as corndogs, hotdogs, lemonade, pretzels, funnel, cakes, deep-fried Oreos, Boba lemonade and iced tea, following specific methods that usually require short preparation time. Using proper safety precautions and sanitary measures operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, griddles, hot plates, and poppers. : Set up-Stock the booth with food items and equipment according to a provided check list. Using basic cleaning supplies such as Dawn, Windex, Mr. Clean, sanitizer tablets and following proper safety precautions and sanitary measures ensure all items are cleaned and stored in a specified safe manner for transportation. Setup and take down tools include: ladder, hammers, screw drivers. All required tools are provided. Attend and Maintain equipment by following simple specified instructions for each piece of equipment utilized. Check for any food service equipment not working properly and report to maintenance personnel for repair or replacement. For example, watch for damage to electrical cords and report issues as needed. Heavy lifting and physically mobile, operate concession booths.
