***RFI Response*** Specific Refreshments to be prepared and served to patrons and their method of preparation are as follows: Soft Serve Ice Cream We serve a variety of flavors of soft serve ice cream. The ice cream that comes out of the machine is thicker than normal soft serve and has a sweet but neutral base flavor. To make the ice cream, the mix is poured into the Spaceman 6210 Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine, it is connected to electricity and water, and we get the ice cream. The toppings are in small bins at the front edge of the chilled counter, with scoops we scoop the toppings onto the ice cream. We have a chilled counter and mix the ice-cream using whatever ingredients the customer wants, using a spatula. The spatula is also used to scrape the mixed ice cream off the counter and into a bowl or waffle cone for serving. Fountain Soda. The worker would take the proper size cup in their hand, use an ice scoop to scoop ice into the cup, place the cup under the nozzle, press the cup against the lever and fill the cup. Take a lid from the lid supply and secure this on the top of the cup. Tables, chairs, decorations (which may include table cloths, napkin holders, signage, displays) are carried from one venue to another in the trailer. They would be moved by hand from the trailer and set up in the proper location, by hand. Items are not heavy (25 pounds or less) and can be moved by hand and set up without any tools. The dining area would be in close proximity to the food concessions stand. ***Original F.a.2*** Perform variety of attending duties at mobile food concession. Arrange tables and decorations according to instructions. Communicate with customers regarding orders. Accept payment from customers. Serve food, beverages or desserts to customers. Prepare daily food items and cook simple foods and beverages using proper safety precautions and safety measures. Clean & organize eating, service, and kitchen areas. Perform cleaning duties to keep equipment and facilities sanatory.
