Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities , notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk. Perform all stages of linen processing (i.e. sorting and weighing soiled and unsoiled linens). Clean laundry machines, assist in laundry inventories, clean laundry area, fold and store laundry bags and operate washer and dryer equipment. Move linen, linen carts, and/or bags of linen as needed. Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
