Duties may include: Set up food preparation line and food serving line using proper tools, equipment, and food placement. Prepare and cook food. Portion, arrange, and garnish food. Label, date, rotate food items. Properly store food to ensure quality. Ensure safe and sanitary work environment. Follow proper opening, closing, and cleaning kitchen procedures. Work in hot environment & other related Line Cook activities as per SOC/OES 35-2014 (onetonline.org). Multiple possible shifts: 6:00AM-3:00PM or 11:00AM-9:00PM. Standard/Expected Schedule: Monday-Saturday 6:00AM-3:00PM or 11:00AM-9:00PM. Offering 45+ (plus) hours per week; not including applicable lunch and/or breaks. 6AM TO 3PM OR 11AM-9PM, MON-SUN, WORK 5-6 DAYS/WEEK. WORKDAYS/SHIFTS/HOURS MAY VARY. Possible weekend/holiday work. Start/end times, offered hours and/or overtime could vary as they may be dependent upon other factors such as project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commute time between worksites (if applicable).
