  Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation/maintenance, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units, install, maintain and repair landscape fences. Mortarless Segmental Units installation requires dry laid retaining walls, steps and landscape stones. Workers will use hammer, electric drill and saw to install or repair new fences. Installation requires installing 6 foot wood panels with either wood or metal posts. Repair includes removing old/damaged parts and replacing using same equipment. Landscape fencing is included in ONET code 37-3011. 3 month experience reqd/no education. 14 day(s) on the job training provided See attached addendum
