Duties include mowing lawns using push or ride-on mowers, trimming hedges and trees at the ground level using pruners, clearing debris from the property by hand or with a trash picker, managing snow and ice removal from walkways using a shovel, and power washing the building exterior. **Original** Maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment.
