Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: Sod laying, mowing, yard edging, leaf blowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, mulching, pruning, weeding, debris removal, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment such as: Weed eaters, hedge trimmers, edgers, blowers, and push or riding mowers. Small hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruning shears. Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and Foremen to complete daily tasks on time and to company quality standards. Adhere to all safety procedures, OSHA/CO regulations, and company policies. Assist with loading/unloading materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized worksite, trucks, and trailers.
