Will provide training to perform a combination of off-season hotel facility maintenance, upgrade, and renovation duties, including HVAC, plumbing, gas, electrical, fire and safety systems, machinery, and equipment that include: Use hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and other supplies to install, adjust, upgrade, and repair furniture, machines, fixtures, and structures. Perform deep cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs on equipment and fixtures, such as replacing fluids, light bulbs, and HVAC filters. Assemble, install, upgrade or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, and machinery. Perform minor plumbing repairs, such as fixing clogs, leaks, and low water pressure. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine necessary repairs or solutions. Deep clean and pressure wash exterior areas. Maintain and improve gardens and outdoor areas. Paint and repair fixtures, sidewalks, stairs, trims, and other facilities. Perform minor carpentry or masonry tasks. Refinish or repair furniture, woodwork, and other interior elements. Transfer furniture as needed within the property. Coordinate renovation, preventative maintenance, and repair projects.
