***RFI Response*** 1) NPWC has permission to correct form ETA-9141 with the following information: Attending duties related to arranging tables and decorations are key to creating an inviting, organized, and visually appealing setup. The employees will be setting up tables in front of each food concession as indicated by management. The employee will verify the table is stable by gently rocking them and ensuring that there are no wobbly legs. The employee will cover the table with a tablecloth to later place banners in front of the table using zip ties and posters to decorate the table. The employees will place napkins, trash cans, toppings and some of the food samples on the table to attract clients. Tables and decorations are designed for travel and easy setup, with nothing weighing more than about 20 pounds. 2) The food items this employer offers are prepackaged and pre-made. Lemonade, Funnel Cakes, Corn Dogs & French Fries. Tools and equipment: gas deep fryers; food warmers, knives, tongs, potato cutter, cooler, squeezer. In a cutting board and knife, the lemons would be cut in half. Plastic cups and lids would be brought from storage. A food service quality bin of ice with ice scoop would be placed into the work area. Workers serving lemonade would stand at the front counter, communicating with the customer. After taking the order, would scoop ice into a cup, pick up, and squeeze Lemon Juice into the cup, using a Squeezer. Pre-mixed sugar water would be poured into the cup, and then the product would be served with lid and straw to the patron after payment. The workers would stand in front of the specific unit they oversaw operating. On one side of the unit there would be the raw materials (such as skewered corn dog, funnel cake). A portion of the batter would be taken from the container mixed in and scooped using a large ladle into the funnel cake pourer. The batter would be poured slowly into the basket, in one general location, so that strings of batter would cling together. When one side of the funnel cake is brown, the worker would use a large spoon (to drain grease) to flip the half-cooked funnel cake. When the funnel cake is fully cooked its placed into a tray to allow the excess grease to drain while keeping the funnel cake at a proper serving temperature. The worker would pour prepackaged frozen fries into a fryer, when the timer goes off the basket raises itself automatically to drip the hot grease back into the fryer, then the worker when the second buzzer sounds, would pick up the basket with gloved hand, dump onto a tray, sprinkle with salt, and place into the appropriate container. Continual cleaning of the work area during the shift and at the end of the day. Puttin supplies into refrigeration – or discarding. Are part of the duties. ***Original F.a.2*** Perform variety of attending duties at mobile food concession. Arrange tables and decorations according to instructions.
