  Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mulching, mowing, trimming, planting, weeding, watering, fertilizing, digging, blowing leaves and raking, dormant tree/shrubh pruning, and opening/filling shallow trenches for irrigation/watering systems. Assist with sprinkler installation and maintenance (use hand shovel to dig trench approximately 6 inches wide and 12 inches deep, after lines are laid). Load/unload/move trees, shrubs and landscape materials; remove debris; clean equipment/tools when not in use.
