  Roofers will repair, install and work on both commercial and residential roofs above ground level. Load, unload, and reload material and tools used on the job. Remove snow, water, or debris from roofs. Set up scaffolding. Attach roofing paper to roofs, cover roofs or exterior walls of structures with roofing materials, using brushes, knives, punches, hammers, or other tools. Removal, installation and replacement of roof covering, removal of old nails, installment of roof ventilation, plumbing boots on the roof and the replacement of roof decking, as needed. May spray roofs, sidings, and walls with material to bind, seal, insulate, or soundproof. Clean debris from job site; clean work areas, equipment and work vehicles. 3 month experience/no education. 14 days on the job training. See attached addendum
