Produce high-quality food according to recipes & menus or assigned special in a timely, organized manner. Prepare, season & cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Ensure a high level of sanitation & safety at all times. Employer will offer a minimum 35 hours per week. Resort open 7 days a week. Rotating schedule Sunday through Saturday, shifts vary: 8am-5pm, 4pm-12am, 11am-7pm. Hours and shifts may vary with occupancy and business demands.
