  Operate zero-turn mower, push mower, and string trimmers to maintain turf height and edge lines, blowing off sidewalks, driveways, and patios. Manually weed flower beds, install seasonal flowers, mulch, pine straw, and prune shrubs and small trees on ground using hand pruners, loppers, and hedge trimmers. Leaf and debris cleanup using backpack blowers and rakes. Load and haul yard waste to designated disposal areas, dig trenches up to 12” deep and 12” wide for PVC or poly pipe, and install sprinkler heads, valves, timers, and drip lines according to layout plans. Diagnose, maintain and repair broken lines, clogged heads, and faulty valves, adjust spray patterns for efficient coverage, perform seasonal system checks such as winterization and spring startup. Program and adjust irrigation controllers based on weather conditions and plant needs, while monitoring water usage and reporting inefficiencies or leaks. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
