Duties may include: Set up food preparation area and food serving line using proper tools, equipment, and food placement. Prepare and cook food. Portion, arrange, and garnish food. Label, date, and rotate food/stock items. Properly store food to ensure quality. Ensure safe and sanitary work environment. Follow proper opening, closing, and cleaning kitchen procedures & other related Cook activities as per SOC/OES 35-2014 (onetonline.org). Standard/Expected Schedule: - 9:30AM-3:30PM. Offering 40+ (plus) hours per week; not including applicable lunch and/or breaks. Shifts may vary based on business demands, open 7 days a week (Monday-Sunday). Possible weekend/holiday work. Start/end times, offered hours and/or overtime could vary as they may be dependent upon other factors such as project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commute time between worksites (if applicable). Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed).
