STEPHEN CARR PROPERTY SERVICES LC LOCATED IN YORK MAINE. NO EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. FIFTEEN (16) GENERAL LABORERS NEEDED.LOADS, UNLOADS MATERIALS FROM YARD TO TRUCKS AND ON JOB SITES. PREPARES AND CLEANS WORK SITES USING BROOMS & SHOVELS. 3/1/26-12/15/26. 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri 40 hours/week. May get up to 10 hours per week when available. Optional housing is available for $140.00 per week and will be deducted from paycheck weekly. This temporary full time employment job will pay 22.35-$25.00 per hour and will pay an overtime rate of 33.53-37.50 per hour based on performance. Bonus may be given at end of contract based on performance. Work in multiple sites in York County A single workweek will be used to compute wages. Workers will be paid weekly, on Wed. Work in multiple sites in York County. Employer will transport workers to & from each job location All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging), to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half of the employment period. Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportation and subsistence expenses (subsistence is $16.28 per day minimum, without receipts, to a maximum of $68 per day, with receipts) from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment. Return transportation and subsistence will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer.
