use hand/power tools to maintain lawns, dig holes using hand tools, will dig holes with a max depth/width of 1 ft to install sprinkler systems and/or plant, lay sod & plant. Installation of low voltage landscape lighting; check landscape lighting and décor to ensure in proper working order, replace inoperable lights or broken décor. Install mortarless segmental concrete masonry. May operate motorized vehicles. May be asked to help with occasional light equipment maintenance, checking oil, gas, cleaning, changing blades and wire on weed eaters. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements.. Possibility of additonal pay for driving if applicable. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Argyle, TX. 60 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
