***RFI Response*** 1) Attending duties related to arranging tables and decorations are key to creating an inviting, organized, and visually appealing setup. The employees will be setting up tables in front of each food concession as indicated by management. The employee will verify the table is stable by gently rocking them and ensuring that there are no wobbly legs. The employee will cover the table with a tablecloth to later place banners in front of the table using zip ties and posters to decorate the table. The employees will place napkins, trash cans, toppings and some of the food samples on the table to attract clients. Tables and decorations are designed for travel and easy setup, with nothing weighing more than about 20 pounds. 2) The food items this employer offers are prepackaged and pre-made. Soft Serve Ice Cream (and derivative Soft Serve Treats such as ice cream sundae, shakes, malts). Tools and equipment: Ice cream scoops, cone holder, ice cream dispenser machine, Ice cream cups, toppings containers and dispensers gas deep fryers; food warmers, knives, tongs, potato cutter, cooler, squeezer. Soft Serve Specialty Ice Cream: We serve a variety of flavors of soft serve ice cream. The ice cream that comes out of the machine is thicker than normal soft serve and has a sweet but neutral base flavor. To make the ice cream, the mix is poured into the Spaceman 6210 Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine, it is connected to electricity and water, and we get the ice cream. Once the ice cream is ready. The toppings are in small bins at the front edge of the chilled counter, with scoops we scoop the toppings onto the ice cream. We have a chilled counter and mix the ice-cream using whatever ingredients the customer wants, using a spatula. The spatula is also used to scrape the mixed ice cream off the counter and into a bowl or waffle cone for serving. To serve shakes and malts, the base ice cream goes into a metal shake cup, the additional flavors and ingredients are added, this is blended in the shake machine, then poured into the proper size cup and provided to the client. To serve other treats, the ice cream is flavored in the shake machine, poured into an appropriate cup or bowl, ingredients added to the top, and served to the client with a spoon. ***Original F.a.2*** Perform variety of attending duties at mobile food concession. Arrange tables and decorations according to instructions. Communicate with customers regarding orders. Accept payment from customers. Serve food, beverages or desserts to customers. Prepare daily food items and cook simple foods and beverages using proper safety precautions and safety measures. Clean & organize eating, service, and kitchen areas. Perform cleaning duties to keep equipment and facilities sanatory.
