  The Racquet Sports Professional will assist in all aspects of the tennis and racket sports programs for members at a private tennis club. Duties include: Support new and existing racket sports programs and services of the club; Design and execute the organization of special racket sports events; Lead the high-performance junior tennis team and teach strokes, strategy, and fitness; Manage and coach women's interclub teams throughout the winter season; When requested, assist with padel program with respect to playing, teaching, and organizing; Assist the pro shop manager with retail execution and membership interface; Help manage all racket stringing activities and consult with members on the proper string/tension; Assist and help manage the "Elite Junior Program" throughout the year; Participate in club-sponsored racket sport exhibitions as needed.
