use hand/power tools to maintain lawns, dig holes and trenches using hand tools, will dig trenches with a max depth/width of 3 ft to install sprinkler systems and/or plant, lay sod & plant. May operate motorized vehicles to include riding lawnmowers - SCAG Riding Mower 48", Ferris 48", Hustler VX4, Wright ZXT61", SCAG V-ride 48" and 52", Kubota R520ST, Bobcat S250, Toro Dingo 22324; and Cheverolet 3500, C2500, 2500, 1500, 2500 sbc body, GVRW for the chevy's is between 10 K and 14K. Will operate riding lawnmowers to mow and vehicles to transport equipment. Must have or be elibile to obtain a US license if driving. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements.. Post Hire/Employer Paid Background Check. Optional housing if available, $35-$60 a week, utilities are $20-$40 a week (subject to change based on local market, inflation and or utility usage). Optional advance pay and optional uniform cleaning service available. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Georgetown, TX. 60 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
