  Job Duties may include: drive or ride along in standard pickup truck with box coolers to pickup and/or deliver crawfish; obtaining/distributing crawfish/product from farms/docks to customers; loading and unloading of trucks; package crawfish in crawfish sacks; weighing crawfish in sacks; tag sacks of crawfish with label; palletize (place on pallets) crawfish sacks; examine product to meet specifications; pick out/remove trash/foreign matter or waste products from crawfish; pour crawfish from sacks into water tank to rinse/wash crawfish and then repackage in sacks; water and ice down sacks for storage and shipment; transport sacks to customer vehicles; place crawfish sacks and pallets in cooler; daily cleanup and sanitization of worksite, crawfish trucks, and equipment.
