  Job Duties may include: Examine and inspect products and remove trash/foreign/defective products to ensure product quality and packing specifications are met; with hands and/or hand tools, measure, weigh, and count crawfish; obtain, move, and sort crawfish/products; package crawfish in crawfish sacks; vacuum seal bags of crawfish tailmeat; box packaged product; assemble packaging; palletize (place on pallets) crawfish and packaged product; mark, tag, and label packaging; tag crawfish sacks; pour crawfish into packaging/sorting table; pour crawfish from sacks into water tank to rinse/wash crawfish and then repackage in sacks; preparing and packaging crawfish bait; water and ice down sacks for storage and shipment; transport packages/sacks to customer vehicles; clean bait box containers and packaging equipment after use, using cleaning solutions and hand tools; clean and sanitize work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
