  Duties may include: peel crawfish; use of hands to peel crawfish and remove crawfish tailmeat (the edible portion of the crawfish) from shell; clean/remove waste from crawfish tail; dump crawfish in water tank to clean crawfish before processing; scoop crawfish on tables to be peeled; inspect crawfish tailmeat for defects; weigh tailmeat; place crawfish tails in appropriate bag after peeling to be sold or consumed; follow/apply food safety regulations and maintain records, as needed; daily clean up and sanitize worksite.
