  Cooks will be responsible for preparing all food items, setting up service units with needed food items, cooking and serving food items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards, notifying executive chef and sous chefs of expected food item shortages, and ensuring that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
