Line Cooks will be responsible for preparing all menu items as necessary by using prescribed portions and cooking procedures. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employees' job is to get and keep guests. This is achieved by exceeding guests' expectations. Line Cooks will prepare food for guests and employees by following cooking procedures described in built-to manuals; place and display foods in serving containers; set-up and stock food items and other necessary supplies; fill customer requests by arranging chosen food items, adding prescribed garnishes and handing meals to customers; and maintain food line supplies and replenish food at workstation. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm, and 8:00am - 4:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
