Position: Dining Room Attendant Number of openings: 10 • Take orders and serve food over a counter. Accept payment from customers and make charges as necessary by using the cash register. Prepare and serve soft drinks such as soda, coffee etc. Bus tables. Restore & keep works stations clean. Run food from kitchen. Clean kitchen, empty trash. Wash dishes and glasses. Help prepare cold food such as salads, desserts and sandwiches. • Min 35hrs/wk. 7a-2p, 10a-5p & 3p-10p. Monday through Sunday, scheduled shift and workdays vary. Rotate/split shifts. • Min starting wage $16.48/hr. OT if available over 40hrs/wk at $24.72/hr. Tip position. Allowed tip credit applied per FLSA guidelines to meet offered wage. Raises may be offered based on performance. • Pay bi-weekly. • No daily transportation to/from work provided. • No education required. • No on-the-job training provided. • Visa & related fees will be reimbursed in the first work week. • Guaranteed work for total hrs equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period. • Supplies, work tools & equipment are provided free. Weekends & holidays req’d. • Min. 1 month experience required. • Optional housing is available $167.50/wk. per person and will be deducted biweekly plus all deductions required by law. $300 security deposit is required upon arrival. • If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay or reimburse directly for transportation and daily subsistence (min $16.28/day and max $68/day with receipts), • If the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early employer will arrange and pay directly for return transportation and daily subsistence (min $16.28/day and max $68/day with receipts), upon departure. • Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
