  Utilizes checklist for projects to ensure materials are available and ready to load onto trucks for projects; ensures proper materials, tools, products, etc. assigned to specific projects are delivered on time; drives materials to job sites; ensures materials are returned, unloaded, and stored properly in the warehouse. Requires quick learning, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges; ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment; good written and verbal communication skills; a strong sense of time organization and urgency; and the ability to work independently and within a team. Decor IQ will assist with housing by providing a payroll advance for housing deposit, if needed and requested by the employee. Any payroll advances issued as housing advance will be deducted from a worker’s future payroll after the worker completes a payroll deduction authorization form. Optional transportation will be provided to and from area worksites at employer’s expense from a centralized El Paso, TX pick-up location. The company will pay for lodging or may provide the convenience of temporary living quarters, when overnight stay is required.
