  Taking beverage order. Prepare mixed drinks and serve the same. Cleans bar area. May be required to take food orders and make knowledgable recommendations regarding wines and other products. Requisition and display liquor and supplies. Must keep bar area clean and work under strictly enforced state code. *Continuation to Section F.a.5 below: 35 hours a week; Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
