  Dulac Oyster & Seafood LLC is seeking forty (40) temporary plant workers to support operations at our oyster processing facility located at 4310 Grand Caillou Road, Houma, LA 70363 in Terrebonne County. Starting October 1, 2025, to June 1, 2026. Workers will work 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule. Shifts may be scheduled Monday through Friday (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to10:00 PM, or 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and Saturdays for 5 hours (6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM, or 2:00 AM to7:00 AM).
