Live-in household personal assistant will perform daily household tasks. Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain private in a clean and orderly manner. Duties may include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming. Provide household meal preparation, including, peel, wash, trim, and cook vegetables and meats, and bake breads and pastries. Cool, package, label, and freeze foods for later consumption and provide instructions for reheating. Plan menus according to employers' needs and diet restrictions. Shop for or order food and kitchen supplies and equipment. Prepare meals in private homes according to employers' recipes or tastes, handling all meals for the family and possibly for other household staff. Keep records pertaining to menus, finances, and other business-related issues. Keep records of amount spent on household goods/groceries each week. Stock, organize, and clean kitchens and cooking utensils. Plan and prepare food for parties, holiday meals, luncheons, special functions, and other social events. Serve meals and snacks to employing families and their guests. Take care of home on daily basis, including household chores: Load articles into washers or dry-cleaning machines, remove items from washers or dry-cleaning machines and Sort articles removed from dryers, and fold, wrap, or hang them. Feed, water, groom, bathe, exercise, or otherwise provide care to promote and maintain the well-being of two household dogs. Pick up items such as groceries, mail, pet food, or other household items related to the care of the home or run errands such as take dogs to appointments, take mail to courier, pick up employer's dry cleaning and related tasks. Make travel arrangements for employer, such as research flight or hotel options and book travel on behalf of employer for employer’s personal and business trips. Perform basic yard work and landscaping on the property, including mowing, trimming, watering, raking, and fertilizing yard and plants on the property. May drive employer's vehicle for errands. No driver’s license is required as a condition of employment for the position. If the prospective worker already possesses a standard, noncommercial driver’s license they may be asked to drive a vehicle to errands, as needed. Worker may travel from worksite address to sites within Roane and Sumner Counties to perform errands.
