Front Desk/Concierges will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner, following proper telephone etiquette greeting members and guests, assisting with reservations for member events and dining, communicating reservation lists and updates to Front of House, Food & Beverage and Culinary Teams. The Front Desk/Concierges will also be responsible for ensuring that all common areas in the front desk/reception area are properly cleaned, inventoried, restocked, and ready for guest appointments or reservations. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Examples of possible shift hours are 8:00am to 3:00pm, 9:00am to 4:00pm, 10:00am to 5:00pm, and 2:00pm to 9:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional details.
