  The Nanny is responsible for the following duties: Child care duties, which may include changing diapers, washing bottles, dishes, clean high chairs and kitchen surfaces and floor, wash and fold children’s laundry, feed and dress children, wipe/sanitize toys, clean-up and organize toys throughout day. Create a warm, nurturing, and safe environment for children. Supervise children's activities and monitor safety at all times. Prepare and serve nutritionally balanced meals and snacks for child. Organize and conduct age-appropriate recreational activities, such as games, arts and crafts, sports, walks, and play dates with an emphasis in foreign language development. Transport children to school, social outings, and medical appointments. Work with parents to develop and implement discipline programs to promote desirable child behavior. Assign appropriate chores and praise targeted behaviors to encourage development of self-control, self-confidence, and responsibility. Help develop or monitor family schedule. Perform all housekeeping and cleaning duties related to children's care.
