  Duties may include: Clean up work sites to remove limbs, sticks, weeds, litter, and debris. Rake, gather, and bale pinestraw. Load/unload trucks with bales and/or needed tools and equipment. Prune, trim, and edge around trees to shape and improve growth using shears or pruners. Apply pinestraw and/or mulch for landscaping purposes. Rake, mulch, and compost leaves. Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, saws, or trimmers. Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mobile balers, mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, or blowers. Sweep, clean and maintain tools and workspace to ensure safety & other related Landscape Laborer activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org). Multiple possible shifts: 7:00AM-5:30PM or 7:00AM-12:30PM. Standard/Expected Schedule: Monday-Saturday 7:00AM-5:30PM or 7:00AM-12:30PM. Offering 55+ (plus) hours per week; not including applicable lunch and/or breaks. Possible weekend work. Start/end times, offered hours and/or overtime could vary as they may be dependent upon other factors such as project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commute time between worksites (if applicable). Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed).
