***RFI Response*** The employee will work in an inbound call center and email environment, where they will handle client inquiries and requests related to golf reservations. Upon receiving a request, the employee will contact the appropriate golf course via phone, email, or the course's online portal to finalize the reservation. Once confirmed, they will send the client a confirmation (via email or text), including all necessary details and instructions. During client interactions, the employee will also inform clients about upcoming activities, such as Golf Days, tournaments, or promotional deals at specific courses as part of an upsell strategy. For new clients, the employee will collect contact information, enter it into our database, and then proceed with the reservation process. In the event of cancellations, the employee will reverse the reservation process and confirm the cancellation with the client. The employee will respond to general inquiries, provide information about available services, and handle complaints in accordance with our internal "resolve" protocol. Importantly, the position does not involve advertising, marketing, or cold-calling responsibilities. All advertising and marketing efforts are handled separately through social media, email blasts, and traditional media channels. The tools used by the employee include our company website, golf course portals, and a proprietary, industry-specific software platform. ***Original F.a.2*** Confers with clients in order to solicit sales of golf services and events. Registers clients with appropriate golf packages as well as announces upcoming events and promotions. Resolves complaints and responds to inquiries. Anticipated days and hours of work per week and schedule: 35 hours per week (MEANING NO LESS THAN). Hours of operation are 6am to 7pm (including weekends and holidays). Shift schedule times vary depending on weekly work demand. Shifts are: 5-day workweek shifts: 6am to 1:30pm; 7am to 2:30pm; 10am to 5:30pm; and 11:30am to 7:00pm. 4-day workweek shifts: 9:45am to 7pm; and 6:30am to 3:45pm. Overtime: As Needed Only.
