***RFI Response*** Clarification of Job Duties: • Places and removes linens on tables and buffet displays. • Sets up and removes table centerpieces such as floral arrangements, candles, and table decor. • Sets and removes table place settings: plates, glassware, utensils, napkins. • Places and removes seat covers over chairs. • Sets up and breaks down coffee and water dispensers. • Stocks and removes plates, glassware, and utensils on buffet shelving units. Replenishes as needed. • Places and removes directional signs for events throughout clubhouse. • Places and removes food cards on banquet displays. • Places and removes food items on buffet tables using risers and small decorative boxes to create a multilevel display. Tools/Equipment Used: • Rolling carts, trays, tray tables, ice bins. • Other equipment (depends on event): glass polisher, ice buckets. ***Original F.a.2*** Follows all established standard operating procedures for seating members, taking food and beverage orders, and serving food and beverages. Replenish complimentary snacks and desserts for members. Additional duties include clearing, cleaning, and resetting dining and buffet tables (includes linens, silverware, glassware, utensils, and condiments), replenish buffet items, replenish beverages, set up and break down banquet tables, chairs, decorations, displays, and other equipment for special events and private parties. Ensure the dining room and work stations are properly cleaned and restocked at the end of every shift. Anticipated days and hours of work per week and schedule: Minimum of 35 hours per week (meaning no less than). All employees work at least 5 shifts per week. Typical shifts: 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11 pm. Shift days and times vary depending on the demand or event scheduled. Overtime: As Needed Only.
