Delivery & Setup Crew: • Responsible for assembling and disassembling tents, tables, chairs, and related equipment as per customer order. • Count and quality control of all inventory upon loading trucks on delivery and pickup. • Safely loading, unloading, and transporting tents and related equipment. • Assembling and disassembling tents according to company standards and client specifications. • Performing site assessments to ensure safe and stable installations. • Conducting pre- and post-event inspections to identify any damage or necessary repairs. • Maintaining and organizing tools, hardware, and equipment. • Use all tools and equipment as instructed during training. • Perform routine checks on vehicles, trailers, and tools before and after use. • Do not operate machinery or vehicles without proper authorization and training. • Conduct a pre-installation site inspection to identify hazards such as uneven terrain or overhead obstacles. • Mark and secure the worksite to ensure safety for both crew members and the public. • Follow proper lifting techniques to avoid injuries. • Tent Installation o Verify the event order and double-check the inventory for accuracy. o Transport equipment to the site using designated vehicles. o Conduct a site assessment and prepare the area for installation. o Assemble the tent frame and secure all components using company protocols. o Install sidewalls, flooring, and other add-ons as specified in the event order. o Perform a final inspection to ensure structural stability and aesthetic quality. • Tent Removal o Verify the removal order and schedule. o Carefully disassemble the tent, starting with sidewalls and accessories. o Inspect equipment for damages during disassembly and note any issues. o Ensure the site is left clean and free of debris. • Performance Standards o All installations must meet the company’s safety and quality standards. o Tents should be clean, free of wrinkles, and properly secured. o Work must be completed efficiently and within the scheduled time limit.
