The employer would position the food concessions trailer in the assigned location at the event. During transit, metal awnings cover the glass windows. The worker would unlatch the locks, using their hands. The gas struts would raise the awnings to the correct height automatically. As items would shift during transit, the worker would carefully open the door, observe if everything was in the correct position, and if not, slide whatever was out of passion back into the correct location. Front counter, cash register, counter cloth/banner, trash cans, condiment, cutlery and napkin kiosk(s) would be unloaded by hand and placed into the correct locations. Each item is designed for travel and easy setup, with nothing weighing more than about 20 pounds.
