Additional detail of job description for F.a.2 includes, but not limited to: going to location, hooking up water lines and drain lines, sitting up inside of trailer getting it prepared for work, stock with needed items, paper goods, grease, cups, lemons, funnel cake mic, etc. While open will need to take customers order and payment, prepare food ordered, put toppings on if needed, and hand to customer. When tearing down will need to drain grease into grease traps, pack everything inside to be safe to travel, and unhook water and drain lines, hook up to truck and go to next location. *** RFI #1 Response *** Item F.a.2 states in part "prepares daily food items and cooks simple foods" job description includes, but not limited to: using deep fryer to cook funnel cakes, corn dogs, deep fried oreos, french fries, and chicken tenders. The employee will also use a flat grill to prepare hamburgers and hot dogs. The employee will also be using crock pots to heat cheese and chilli for french fries or nachos. *** Original F.a.2 *** Perform variety of attending duties at traveling carnival food concession, such as setting up, tearing down, and operating mobile food concessions by taking orders and serving food and beverages. Details of tasks that may be involved in this position: May communicate with customers regarding orders; scrub counters, steam tables, and other equipment and clean fountain equipment; accept payment from customers and make change as necessary; perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping and washing serving devices, to keep equipment and facilities sanitary; serve food, beverages, or desserts to customers attending fair or festival; prepare daily food items, and cook simple foods and beverages such as sandwiches, pizza, deep fried Oreos, lemonade or other fair foods; wrap menu items for serving; set up dining areas; and prepare and serve cold drinks, frozen milk drinks, or desserts, using drink-dispensing, milkshake, or frozen-custard machines.
